- AES-256 and compression (paid plans)
- Parallel jobs (limits by plan)
- Weekly integrity scan (paid plans)
- Email summaries (Professional and Enterprise)
Incremental backups, restore-first workflows, and optional LAN sync—plus Enterprise SSH pull for servers when you need it.
Use the app for day-to-day work, or the built-in CLI for headless runs, history, restore plans, and imports/exports—without opening a window.
Schedule backups, run jobs remotely, and integrate with your own tooling using JSON-oriented commands.
Preview restore plans before anything is written, then recover a single file or a full snapshot.
Paid plans include file-level restore and scheduled integrity checks. Personal, Professional, and Enterprise share the same restore-first workflow.
Backups re-verify on a cadence so issues show up as a clear status—not a surprise on restore day.
Inspect the snapshot and plan first so you know what will change before files are written.
Recover exactly what you need, or restore everything when a drive fails.
Professional and Enterprise can send clear summaries when things are healthy—and useful alerts when you need to act.
Hi Alex — here is how your scheduled jobs ran from Apr 21–27. Numbers mirror what you would see in the desktop app summary panel.
Week at a glance
| Job | Status | Duration | Snapshot |
|---|---|---|---|
| MacBook · Home folder | OK | 18m | v042 |
| Studio · Projects RAID | OK | 42m | v031 |
| SSH · api-db snapshots | OK | 27m | v012 |
One volume reported a checksum mismatch during the overnight verification pass. Your backup copies are intact; the UI highlights the folder to recheck.
2 files flagged for re-read (likely transient read errors). No snapshots were pruned.
Back up to your other computers on the same network — no cloud, no account, no uploading to someone else’s servers.
Want effortless protection without learning a new system
Want working state captured beyond what Git commits store
Share a workflow and need reliable, fast restore safety net
Extra visibility when you want it—diffs, timelines, and tuning. Skip it if you prefer a simple setup.
Inspect changes between snapshots and restore specific files or folders.
JSON-friendly commands for jobs, backup, history, restore, and settings.
Throughput and progress without guessing.
See what was verified, kept, or pruned.

One-time licenses for paid tiers. SSH server backup requires Enterprise and a Mac or Linux operator machine with ssh and rsync. Free tier omits file-level restore, encryption, LAN sync, and advanced concurrency. Developer Mode is optional.
With an Enterprise license, you can define jobs that pull a server directory over SSH (standard ssh + rsync on macOS or Linux), then snapshot the copy locally. You supply hostname, user, and paths—nothing is hardcoded for you.
No. Most people create a job and let it run. Developer Mode is for deeper inspection when you want it.
On paid plans, yes: preview the snapshot, pick files, and restore without touching the rest.
Paid plans include scheduled integrity checks and clear status in the app.
Backups live on storage you choose. Enterprise SSH jobs connect only to hosts and accounts you configure.
Professional and Enterprise can email periodic summaries and alerts when something needs attention—configurable in settings.
